The ATHLETE BODY PLAN is a 16-week program designed to build a physique like athletes and models. It combines strength training and conditioning to help you achieve a lean, balanced and athletic body. Each phase gets progressively intense, followed by 2 deload weeks for complete recovery. Key Features: • 3 Phases: Each phase lasts 4 weeks, increasing in intensity to ensure consistent progress. • 3 Strength Training Days Per Week: Full-body workouts focus on building strength and lean muscle. • 2–3 Conditioning Days Per Week: Improves speed, agility, stamina, flexibility, and includes exercises for smaller muscle groups like calves and forearms. • Deload Weeks: After the intense training phases, the final 2 weeks allow your body and nervous system to recover.
