The BODY RECOMPOSITION-2 PLAN is a 20-week advanced training program designed to help you build muscle and lose fat simultaneously through intelligent programming and progressive overload. This plan is divided into 4 training phases, each targeting different aspects of body recomposition: Phase 1 (5 Weeks): Push-Pull-Legs Split focused on building strength, improving recovery, and establishing a training base. Phase 2 (5 Weeks): Upper-Lower Split to increase training volume and intensity while accelerating fat loss. Phase 3 (4 Weeks): Full Body Split to maximize frequency and muscle retention during the cutting phase. Phase 4 (4 Weeks): High-Frequency Hybrid Split (Chest/Back, Legs, Shoulders/Arms, Push, Pull) designed for advanced muscle growth and symmetry. Each intense phase is followed by a Deload Week to help your body recover, prevent overtraining, and ensure long-term progress.
