The BODY RECOMP PLAN is a 18- week specialized program designed to help you build muscle and lose fat at the same time. This structured plan is divided into 3 Phases to ensure maximum results: • Phase 1 (8 Weeks): A Lean Muscle Gain Phase focused on building muscle and strength while minimizing fat gain. • Phase 2 (4 Weeks): A Mini Cut Phase designed to shed fat quickly and get you in shape. • Phase 3 (4 Weeks): An Intense Muscle Building Phase to gain strength and size, followed by a deload week for recovery.
